Welcome to my year of loving dangerously. I have one year until I hit 30, and there’s a lot of work to do. I’m tired of being an armchair christian, I’m done talking about faith; the time has come to take action!

I’m going to spend the next year learning about love. This isn’t about dating, or trying to love myself more, it’s far bigger than that. Loving dangerously is about trying to love like Jesus; without limits, judgement or fear. If I really believe the message of the gospels, then  I believe that real love changes everything...here’s my chance to try it out.

Over the next year I will be traveling, trying new things, embracing old relationships, making new friends and generally being as uncomfortable as I can. Loving dangerously means that I will shatter all of my notions about what love looks like and constantly look to the life of Christ. It is about becoming truthful, available, reconciled and vulnerable. This love is not for the faint of heart, but I hope that you’ll join me by keeping me honest and challenging me to love bigger, better and more dangerously. If my life is a story, mind as well make it a page-turner.
